- Customer has 7 days upon receiving a lead to process the lead on the web portal for a full refund.
- QuoteNerds will review refund request within 72 business hours of receipt of the request. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time and the timeframe excludes holidays.
- The refund process will include listening to call recordings or other calling data records for each refund request.
- If recording proves that QuoteNerds did not meet the requirements, a refund will be issued if the lead/transfer was previously billed.
- Refunds will be issued by the accounting department within 72 business hours of the determination -or- a credit will be applied to your account.
